Standard delivery in the UK is free and is via Royal Mail 48 - a tracked service in which you should receive your order 2 working days after it is sent (please note that during COVID we have seen this time increase up to 10 days occasionally)

You can choose a UK Next Day Delivery option for £10 , in which your goods are sent out for next day delivery as long as the order is with us by 2pm. This will be on a fully tracked service via Fedex or Royal Mail.

Delivery to the EU costs £15 and is via Fedex, and is on a DDP (duty, delivered, and paid) basis so that any taxes are paid in advance by us rather than when you receive the goods - so it feels just like before Brexit!

Delivery to the Rest of the World, but outside the EU costs £20 and is also fully tracked via Fedex. Please note that you will have to pay for any duties or VAT when the order arrives in your country.

As long as you order by 2pm on weekdays we will ship your order the same day via our nominated carrier for next day delivery to most locations in the UK.

Some remote locations may take an extra day to deliver.

The cost for next day delivery is £10. (This will not be refunded if you return the item.)

Yes you can. We will notify you when we ship your order via e mail and you will also be able to see progress via your account on our website.

For Standard Delivery, tracking will tell you when the order was picked up and when it is delivered.

For Next Day delivery you will also be able to track where the order is. Your tracking number will again be in your account.

For non UK deliveries you will be able to track progress via Fedex.

If you download the Shop app, that will also give you updates as to where your order is.

We will try to get your order sent as soon as possible - and you will receive an e mail with shipment confirmation as soon as it is sent (please always check junk e mail folders).

For Standard Delivery you should receive notification within 3 working days - and your order should be with you between 2 - 5 days later - although Royal Mail have been slower during Covid.

For Next Day delivery , we will have shipped to you either the same day or the next day - and your order should be with you within 24 hours.

For Non UK orders you should allow at least 2 weeks once you have received confirmation that we have shipped to you - and you can of course track the order via Fedex.

If after these times you have not received confirmation or your order, please contact the Customer Services team who will look in to this as quickly as possible. Remember to include your Order Number in any correspondence.

Once an order is placed, we work hard to ensure it is sent out as quickly as possible.

If you are having second thoughts, please call our customer service team and if we can cancel your order we will.

If your order has already been packed and processed for shipping then you still have 30 days to return the item to us.

We try to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but if you decide that you want to amend your order once you have placed it, please contact our customer servcies team and we will do our best to help you.

Whilst we are very careful in picking, packing and sending orders, there may be the very rare occasion where we have made a mistake.

If that is the case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will look to resolve the mistake as soon as possible.

If you receive an order with a missing item, please check your emails or account page to see if we have sent you an out of stock notice or which items we have told you we shipped. (Please check your junk e mails as well).

If there is no notice and it looks like we should have shipped the missing item, please contact our customer services team and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We of course hope you love your purchase, but just in case there is an issue, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the process. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Yes you can - Whilst we hope you love your purchase, there are times when you may need to exchange an item for a new size or a new style.

Simply contact our customer service team and they will guide you thought the process.

As always, make sure you tell us your order number when contacting us.

Earrings can only be returned if they have the original tags on, the original packaging is in tact and have not been worn at all. This is for hygiene reasons.

Most of our necklaces are 18" in length and are adjustable up to 1" eiter way. Please check the size guide on the necklace product page to see how that will look.
